How it moves
Every stroke is a polyline sampled from bezier curves, then nudged perpendicular to itself by a seeded jitter so the ink wobbles like a real hand. The pen nib rides the tip of the current stroke. When the last line lands, the same paths are redrawn each frame with a bob, a blink, and one waving arm. No libraries, no assets, one file. If your system asks for prefers-reduced-motion, you get the finished still instead, and motion only starts if you press play.
